Please note: orders are shipped insured via UPS and a signature is required.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you return your item(s) within 10 days of purchase. 

Once a return authorization number is given, the jewelry must be received in the studio no more than 3 business days after approval. Insurance is recommended as customers are liable for jewelry until it is received back to us. Returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will be receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

There are no returns or exchanges on final sale (sample sale) merchandise.
