SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All of our jewelry is made to order and may take up to 10 business days to ship, however we will make every effort to ship as soon as possible. Please note many styles in Dana Kellin Fashion and Fine collections are custom cut stones and proprietary pavé and therefore could take longer. All orders are shipped with signature required. You will receive an email confirming your order once payment has been accepted and an email with tracking information once it is on its way. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an accurate shipping address where the package can be signed for. All packages shipped by us are insured and will require a signature for delivery. Once delivered as tracked by the carrier, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for the shipment. As much as we'd like to hand deliver your goods to ensure a safe and sound transit and arrival, we cannot, and must rely on our carriers. Please refer to your shipment tracking # for estimated delivery times and confirmation. Dana Kellin is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather or holiday restrictions, customs clearance delays or anything outside of packaging and shipping your items.
For all international shipments, outside of the U.S. we use UPS. The receiver will be responsible for paying any local customs, tariffs, taxes, and/or duty fees incurred from importing goods. Please understand that these charges are outside of our authority, as they are defined by the receivers local government. These fees vary and are determined by a number of factors and are therefore not included in our shipping fees. Please reach out to us if you need any additional paperwork inorder to clear your order from customs. If for any reason, customs cannot reach the receiver, or the fees go unpaid, the order will be returned to us at the receiver's expense. It is possible for your order to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
